How do I purchase a Linaro Automation Appliance MIB?

LAA’s are provided on a loaner basis as part of a Linaro service offering.

Which MIB do I need?

This highly depende on the DUT that you want to automate. The Device-Type Enablement guide provides some insights.

What voltage is required for my platform?

This is platform dependent. See the manufacturer manual or platform user’s guide.

How is the LAA powered?

The LAA can be plugged into a standard 120V or 230V AC outlet. The LAA can be ordered with US, UK, and European plugs.

My LAA shuts down when my DUT is connected and powered on – what’s going on?

Your DUT might be overdrawing current (3–5 Amps), which causes the LAA to shut down to protect itself. Try using another DUT of the same type to see if the issue persists.
